All rules are put in place for the safety of the drivers and track staff. Rules also serve as fare reasoning, in the case of a dispute. These rules are to prevent cheating, and keep no one at a un fare advantage.
As stated in the rules, anyone not abiding by the rule and regulations set forth by SpeedCreek 2 is subject to but not limited to: Black flagging, disqualification, suspension, and fines.
SpeedCreek 2 reserves the right to change and or amend any and all rules and regulations, at anytime and without notice.
