A. The following rules are not just for the drivers, but anyone in their pits. The driver can be fined or penalized if he or anyone in his pits is found to be in violation of the rules.
B. No illegal substance allowed at speed creek 2 raceway.
C. No alcoholic beverages allowed in the pits.
D. Anyone caught drinking alcohol in the pits or having alcohol on their breath before racing is over will be fined and suspended.
E. No one will be allowed to race intoxicated. ( show up sober )
F. Anyone fighting or causing serious arguments may be fined and or suspended from speed creek 2 raceway.
G. Speed creek 2 raceway has the right to revoke a driver’s membership if he or she is in violation of any of the rules at speed creek 2 raceway including fighting and unsportsmanlike conduct.
H. Speed creek 2 raceway has the right to fine drivers for unsportsmanlike conduct on or off the track before, during, and / or after any event at the track.
I. Ask where available pit spots are. ( do not take a reserved pit spot )
J. Know and understand that speed creek 2 has dead pits. There is no driving your karts in the pits.
NUMBERS
A. All numbers are owned and issued by speed creek 2 raceway. These numbers are issued on a seasonal basis. If a driver or a kart owner wishes to reserve the same number the following year, it must be done at the membership drivers meeting the following year.
B. You must have 4 numbers on your kart. ( 1 on each side & 1 on the back of the kart and 1 on the nose. All Number must be at least 7” tall.
C. Your number must be able to be read from the scoring tower to the far side of the track at night under the light.
CHASSIS, EXHAUST, CATCH CAN, TIRES, WHEELS,
ALL WKA RULES
A. Unless otherwise approved by Speed Creek 2 Raceway.
B. MUFFLERS REQUIRED!!!
c. Speed Creek 2 Raceway allows you to have a 6lb. fly wheel that has not
been altered or machined on in any way. It must be in its original state
from the factory.
ENGINE
WKA
A. If there is any parts questionable or appears to be altered it will be compared to a known stock part.
B. If any engine or kart is found to be illegal at the time of tech. The kart will lose any and all points and prizes for that days event. In addition the kart will also lose 250 points. You will have 1 strike on record. In the event of an engine or a kart being found illegal a second time in same season, the kart will lose all the points and prizes for that days event. You’ll once again lose a additional 250 points and there will be a $25.00 fine imposed that must be paid before you can race. You will have 2 strikes on record. In the event your engine or kart is found illegal a third time in the same season it will result in your being suspended for the rest of the season and fined $50.00.
C. There is a protest rule at speed creek 2. In the event a driver would like to protest another driver we will follow these stipulations.
1. The engine being protested must be in the same class and finish in front of the driver requesting the protest. ( in the feature )
2. Both parties involved will be torn down.
3. The person protesting must pay $150.00. $50.00 will go to the tech personnel, $25.00 will go to the track.
4. If protested engine is ok $75.00 goes to the racer being protested.
5. If protested engine is found illegal $75.00 goes back to the protestor. (Engine rule B applies)
6. If the protestor’s engine is found illegal, then engine rule B applies.
7. If both engines are found to be illegal, both are subjected to engine rule B. the track will keep the $75.00.
JR. & SR. CHAMP KART CLASSES
A. Speed creek 2 runs wka rules with the following exceptions.
JR CHAMPS
A. The juniors may race either a jr. champ kart or a sr. champ kart in the jr. class or in the sr. class he or she may not be older than 15.
TIRES
A. You mat run either Burris 44ss or 55ss on the inside and 55ss on the outside.
B. No tire prep of any kind can be used on tires that run a speedcreek2 raceway.
F200 champ kart class
A. You must have an outlaw wing on your kart to race. You must buy your engine from Randy Burrow or have him go thru yours before you can race. The track must ask you if you would like to move into this class before you are eligible.

A. These are the minimum weights required.
BODY
A. Champ karts must run with the nose on the kart in heat races and feature.
B. All bodies must be in good condition and made of plastic or fiber glass, no metal.
